1. Service
Based on the scan created by the customer we produce a check report and, after ordering, migrate from WHMCS to Blesta in the chosen package: test run on a copy, customer review, final run, sign-off report.
2. Cooperation
The customer provides database access, a Blesta installation and the preparations listed in the report. Skipped items are not part of the service.
3. Prices and payment
The fixed price shown in the report applies, plus VAT. Additional syncs before switching over are charged separately.
4. Liability

5. Acceptance
The service is accepted when the sign-off report is confirmed, at the latest 10 days after delivery without a justified complaint.
In case of discrepancies between the German and the English version, the German version prevails.
