From WHMCS to Blesta, without surprises.
Before anything is transferred, we check your installation: data, modules, payment methods and any earlier migration attempt. You see exactly what will be moved, what you need to prepare and what it costs.
How a migration works
Run the scanner
A single PHP script reads your WHMCS database and, if present, your Blesta database. Read-only. The output contains no personal data, only numbers, module names and internal IDs.
Get your report
Upload the file and immediately see what passes, what needs preparation and what cannot be transferred. Including a fixed price.
Prepare or skip
If a plugin or module is missing in Blesta, install it first and check again. Or decide to skip that item.
Pay and test run
After payment, we first migrate into a copy of your Blesta installation. You review the result.
Final run and sign-off
In the agreed time window we transfer the data for good and reconcile totals and counts. You receive a sign-off report.
Already started once?
Many have already imported into Blesta and never switched over. The scanner compares both systems and recognises what is already there. Only what is missing gets transferred. Existing data in Blesta stays untouched, unless you explicitly choose to apply changes.
Plugins and modules
For every active WHMCS module we check whether it is built into Blesta, whether the vendor offers a Blesta version, or whether there is an alternative. If something is missing, we tell you what to install before the migration starts.
Price per migration
Your exact price is in the report, based on the number of clients and the effort the check reveals. All prices excluding VAT.

Migration into an existing Blesta installation: 20% less. Each additional sync before switching over: CHF 150.00.
Frequent questions
Do you see my clients' data?
Not for the check: the scanner only outputs numbers and module names. For the actual migration we need access; we sign a data processing agreement and delete the data after sign-off.
Are passwords transferred?
Yes, as hashes. Your clients log in with their existing password. This needs one setting in Blesta; the report tells you which.
What about stored credit cards and PayPal subscriptions?
We do not transfer card data. PayPal subscriptions do not continue automatically in Blesta. The report shows how many clients are affected so you can inform them.
What happens to data already in Blesta?
It stays. For each data type you choose whether only new records are transferred or changes are applied as well.
Does the scanner run on my hosting?
It needs PHP 7.2 or newer with PDO, like WHMCS itself. Run it via SSH with one command.
